Veit is a distinguished leader with over two decades of global experience in the financial services industry, serving as a CEO, Board Chair, and senior executive in private banking, asset management, and investment funds. His extensive background includes pivotal roles in client relations, sales, and business strategy, underlining his adeptness in steering organizations toward success.
In addition to his executive accomplishments, Veit contributes his expertise as a Non-Executive Director across a diverse range of sectors, including NGOs, fund administration, hedge funds, and consultancy firms. His international tenure, having lived and worked in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas, equips him with a unique understanding of various cultures and business practices.

As an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, he offers crucial oversight for Calderwood clients.
Previously, Mr. Pershick held a pivotal role as Managing Director at Maitland Financial Group, where he honed his skills in fund structuring, portfolio valuation, and investor services. His career began with KPMG Vancouver in 1993, transitioning to a real estate firm analyst role before relocating to the Cayman Islands in 2000.
Mr. Pershick, a Simon Fraser University alumnus with a BBA in Accounting and a Chartered Accountant designation, is a Registered Professional Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. His extensive experience and professional acumen make him a valuable member of the Longshore Labs Board.
